Restore an invitation received before startup

Use the Flutter SDK to restore an unhandled call invitation during application startup.

This method takes no business parameters and returns the SignalingInfo that needs to be restored at startup:

}

Every returned field can be empty. The query establishes only the current snapshot. After restoring it, continue handling cancellation, timeout, acceptance, and hang-up listeners.
