Set permission to add friends from a group

Control whether group members can send friend requests through a group with OpenIM iOS SDK.

OIMAllowTypeAllowed has the value 0 and allows friend requests. OIMAllowTypeNotAllowed has the value 1 and denies them. This field does not control whether member profiles are visible.

After the success callback, reconcile the final state through onGroupInfoChanged: or a new query.
